Stay away from anything wet until your first shower; this means no work outs, no cleaning, no lotions, no sweating etc.
Use warm water, no soap and ideally, make it quick!
No scrubbing.
Gently use your hand to thoroughly rinse bronzer off until the water is clear.
Pat dry and avoid any rubbing with the towel when you are drying off.
Leave your skin damp and apply a spray tan friendly moisturizer while your skin is still damp. For a non spray tan specific moisturizer we love the following:
CeraVe
Lubriderm
Coconut Oil
Moisturizing in the morning and evening is recommended.
To get the most out of your tan, avoid swimming, long showers, baths, steam rooms, and saunas.
Avoid harsh chemicals such as chlorine, products containing acids, massages, fashion tape, bandages, and anything else that may strip your tan
After day 2 you can start using a tan extender to prolong the life of your tan.
Stay hydrated! Drink plenty of water, too!
Don’t exfoliate until you’re ready to take your tan off completely.
